The East Midlands Dental Symposium took place recently and it was a huge success. We were delighted to welcome so many delegates and pleased to be able to offer additional places due to popular demand. Those in attendance included student dental nurses, dental nurses, hygienists and therapists and dentists.
To kick off the day’s learning sessions, our newly appointed national chair, Emma Riley, welcomed delegates with an opening address, inspiring us with the value we provide as dental nurses in complex care situations and in more general terms.
Six speaker sessions were presented throughout the day:
