There are times when I find working in a team rewarding, enjoyable and it allows me to be part of something that is far greater than I would be if I were working alone.

There are other times when I find it frustrating, stressful and it prevents me achieving something useful. Some teams can give you energy, whereas others may sap it. As a dental nurse, most of your working day will be spent working with others; take a few moments to identify the various members of the dental practice with whom you routinely work. In a small dental practice, this could be just three people, but in a larger practice you could be working in a team of 10 or more.
