As a dental nurse, I know and appreciate the day-to-day challenges many colleagues face – from time management to the use of equipment and, of course, supporting and assisting both the dentist and patients along the way. Seventeen years on, I love dental nursing as much as I did on my first day. There have been challenging times but, as with most things, there is always a way to make life better.
