What happened to your role when lockdown was announced?

The team at Bath Orthodontics made the decision on Sunday 22 March that we would operate a skeleton team and cancel all routine appointments.

We did not want to risk the health of any patients or staff during this unprecedented time. In all honesty, not much has changed for me. I selected my staffing team to help me through it – and my team are on it! I am really impressed with how they have stepped up and how everything is running smoothly.

This is a stressful time for a lot of dental practices, but I have been very much alert. By keeping current with the daily information distributed and guidance, I have been able to offer the best support to my team – and my dog very much enjoys having me home, too!
