My current role as an orthodontic therapist and orthodontic therapy clinical development advisor is to provide support and guidance to fellow orthodontic therapists. This in turn allows them to fulfil their job roles efficiently and confidently. I have also visited numerous practices to help improve and develop the photography skills of dental nurses. This is a part of my job I truly enjoy and wish to perform as much as possible! I am also working with numerous dental teams to encourage and support career development with dental photography courses and mentoring for trainees (or new orthodontic therapists starting their careers).
