My journey into dentistry was far from conventional. Before moving to the UK in 2011, I had planned to study dental hygiene, inspired by my mother, a dental nurse. However, life took a different path, and I found myself working as a barista. It was there that I developed a passion for people, service, and creating great experiences-values that would later shape my leadership in dentistry.

In 2014, I took my first step into the dental industry as a trainee dental nurse, driven by a passion for healthcare and patient care. However, transitioning from dental nurse to practice leader wasn’t easy.
