Don’t let your progression be an afterthought, says Rosie Connell. Here, she offers a map to creating a successful journey, taking advantage of the wave of CPD opportunities along the way

Qualifying and working as a dental nurse is a rewarding and challenging experience, but it can also be just the start of your journey if you so desire. With the start of a new CPD year on the horizon in August, now is the perfect time to set your intentions for self-improvement.
