The ‘new teeth in a day’ concept has been around for many years and is becoming more widely available in general practice along with routine dentistry.
The technique is used to replace all the teeth in one arch using 4–6 implants, depending on the system used by the dentist. The implants are placed at an angle so a temporary screw-retained bridge restoration can be placed immediately (Figures 1 and 2).

If this is the case, it is important to gain some knowledge into these and other advanced treatments as this can help you when looking to further your career.
