Winnie is the lead nurse and has worked with Faiza and Richard for nearly 15 years. She nursed for them when they were associates at the practice and stayed on when they became the principals.
Richard said, “Winnie is a constant and reassuring presence and when she is not here, patients will ask after her. She is invariably named in the thank-you cards we get. What is striking is how much our patients care about her.”
