Take a few moments to reflect on the type of leadership that occurs in the various groups of people with whom you're involved; include in your thinking your dental practice colleagues, any social groups of which you are part, and family groups. The previous article in this series (Fowler 2016) acknowledged the considerable overlap between leadership and management, but concluded that management focused predominately on tasks to be achieved, whilst leadership was more about the enabling a group of people to work together. As you reflect on the leadership that occurs in the various groups of people with whom you are involved, can you begin to identify different styles of leadership?
