These come from the General Dental Council (GDC), the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and National Health Service (NHS) (if applicable to our practice) – not forgetting our duties regarding health and safety, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and safeguarding, to name but a few of the compliance regulations that direct our practice and our professional careers
Dentistry, therefore, is an extremely busy environment, with conflicting demands for our time and energy. Practice owners, principal dentists and practice managers are physically unable to provide all that is required and still offer excellent patient care.
