
Looking back at the festive period, it is certainly one in which we take time to celebrate and make memories with our families, as well as a much earned break from our work and professional lives. It’s very easy for us all to overindulge with all the festive food, drinks and frivolities! If you’re like me, it is far easier than it should be to get out of your normal, somewhat healthy routine over the Yuletide, leading to long lay ins, tighter jeans and definitely one or two post-celebration groggy heads come the New Year. This may mean we want to press reset on our daily routines in the first few months of 2023!
