How long have you worked in dentistry?
I have worked in dentistry for 12 years now and I began my career at the age of 15.
How long have you been in your current role?
I have been at my current practice for seven years, I recently transitioned into my role as practice manager two years ago. Although, I have always said I don’t want to give up dental nursing fully as I genuinely love it!
What motivated you to join the BADN Panel of Representatives?
I have been a BADN member throughout my career and have always been inspired by what the team does to support dental nurses. I want to inspire and support as many dental nurses as I can and ensure everyone knows how important we are to the dental world, as well as be a role model for those newer to the industry and help motivate them to stay.
