Online safeguarding training offers a convenience and value for money that traditional face-to-face safeguarding courses cannot rival, so it’s no wonder an increasing number of dental teams are opting to complete their safeguarding training online. But is online safeguarding training the best option for dental staff?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) accept all verifiable online safeguarding courses as a valid form of training for dental staff who require safeguarding training in line with Level 1 and 2 requirements.
However, you will need to attend a face-to-face training course if your role requires you to have safeguarding training at Level 3, 4, 5, or above.
