Dental practices must ensure that the full range of waste generated is properly, legally, safely and effectively disposed of, ensuring that risks or potential risks of contamination or infection both within and external to the practice are minimised. But this enw development t certainly cuts the burden for dental practices. These changes to the Hazardous Waste Regulations means dental practices in England no longer have to register their premises with the Environment Agency, cutting down on the administrative burden for practices.
