Deal or no deal

At the time of writing (early September 2019) there is a continuing amount of political uncertainty and turmoil around Brexit. It’s hard to know where the situation is going from one day to the next, as the politicians continue to argue about an election, another referendum and the proroguing of Parliament.

There’s no question that whatever your views on Brexit, it is a topic that has divided the nation and one thing is for certain, no one actually knows what the eventual outcome will be. However, there is agreement on all sides that should we leave the EU without a deal, there is likely to be a period of disruption to some supply lines and logistics, especially for those dealing with European markets. How long such disruption may last depends on your Brexit opinion, but even the most ardent Brexiteers admit that some interruption to supplies should be expected.
