Yesterday I spoke to a principal dentist who said that currently, it felt like they are just treading water and getting through each day. The practice is always extremely busy and they are constantly expanding. One of the major issues they and many others are facing however is a current staff shortage. They were telling me how they do not have time for anything else except the day-to-day management in order to keep above water. I think sometimes we all forget all these things affect everyone in different ways, in every type of role.
