Embracing flexibility and connectivity: breaking free from the agenda trap
In the busy world of dental practice, we often find ourselves caught in the relentless pursuit of efficiency and productivity. Schedules are planned very carefully and team meetings are planned with a clear set agenda items which are usually carefully designed to fit around lunch time or break time to allow everyone to attend. As we meticulously plan and set the agenda for information sharing, updates and collaborations, we often overlook the ‘agenda trap’.
