As part of the society’s celebrations, it is commemorating 10 of its successful initiatives, with career coaching for its members being the third scheme celebrated.
The society began offering this service in its early years to provide dental nurses with the opportunity to explore the career pathways available to them. The society said it has now become an integral part of the everyday benefits for its members. The service offers individuals an understanding of the various aspects of the profession and offers support on how to get involved in these areas of interest.
The society takes pride in having such a broad reach in terms of skill sets, knowledge and capabilities, alongside the invaluable appointments to the Honorary Fellows Board. With testimonies to support this work, it has gone from strength to strength for the society.
