Clare has been a dental nurse for many years, her current role is dental matron at Birmingham Dental Hospital, prior to that she was the principal dental nurse at a local trust and has continued to work in a high street dental practice.
Clare has a number of years of experience in delivering dental nurse education in the Further Education sector and has, in the past, supported the society’s Student Safe Space group. She is currently undertaking an MSc in Strategic Leadership at Loughborough University.
Clare will shadow current president Tracy Wallis for the following 12 months prior to taking up her role in November 2024.
