The Conference is open to all dental nurses, and other members of the dental team, and features presentations on counterfeit equipment, alcohol awareness, head and neck cancer, sepsis, dentistry for the homeless, LGBT issues and a GDC Update.
Conference fees start at £35 and there are discounts for early bird bookings (now until the end of October), student dental nurses and BADN members.
There is also an additional optional informal dinner at local restaurant Twelve (www.twelve-restaurant.co.uk<http://www.twelve-restaurant.co.uk>) with President Hazel Coey and other members of the Executive, at £35 per person for three courses, glass of wine and coffee.
More information on Conference, reservation forms and full programme details are available at www.badn.org.uk/conference<http://www.badn.org.uk/conference>.
'Don’t worry about coming to Conference on your own,' said President Hazel Coey 'NDNC is a very friendly affair and Pam and Adam from our office will make sure you are looked after. We look forward to welcoming you to Blackpool!'
BADN, the UK’s professional association for dental nurses, is to present long standing members with special badges commemorating their support of the Association and the dental nursing profession.
