Confidental is a free service providing a confidential listening ear and signposting helpline, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week for all dental professionals.
The organisation has a team of volunteers who are experienced dental professionals that will listen and help guide any caller to the help and services they need.
Confidental recognises the importance of mental health and wellbeing, understanding that the pressures of life and work can cause stress and concern.
The charity understands that it can be difficult to talk to a friend or family member as they may not understand, or an individual may feel uncomfortable discussing issues with someone who they have a close relationship with.
