Head dental nurse Johanna Horvath talks to Eloise Meldrum about the positive effects of being a yoga instructor on her mental health and general wellbeing

I’m from originally Hungary and moved to Brighton in 2015 to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I started working in a restaurant just to get the bills paid until I has an idea of what was next. I didn’t like working evenings and weekends so, after two months, I started looking for a new job that only required me to work during weekdays and no evenings. I saw a job advertised for a trainee dental nurse, did a bit of research and decided to try it. I figured that if I didn’t like it I could always move on.
