TePe makes UK’s Best Workplaces 2020 list

The UK based subsidiary of the Swedish parent oral healthcare brand came 15^th in the Small Business category and was the only healthcare brand to be recognised from a total of 162 companies featured in this year’s awards.

The award-winning Health & Wellbeing team, formed after responding to feedback from the staff, organises regular fun and informative team events which bring colleagues together to relax, learn and have fun. TePe has also trained a team member to become a qualified mental health first aider and EAP, available to all staff.
