… award-winning dental nurse Charlotte Bloomfield, who explains the necessity of a sixth sense and a thick skin to ensure a blossoming career

I started dental nursing in 1994 within a YTS training scheme and joined New Road Dental in Bromsgrove in 2000, following which I qualified with the NVQ for Dental Nursing in 2003. I then did further education and qualified as an oral health educator in 2015. Having worked many years on reception, I recently returned to surgery to work alongside Dr Ravi Solanki, assisting him with treatments, including general dentistry, orthodontics, implant, restorations and facial aesthetics. I also work with Dr Anna McDonagh in implant surgery. I love being part of the friendly team at New Road and have made many good friends along the way.
