The patient journey

3 mins read Patient education
Claire Frisby and Katey Read explore differing views of friends on the patient experience.

I recently have been speaking with Katey Read, a former dental nurse who has successfully run her own Dental Virtual Assistant Company for the last twelve years,www.thedentalva.co.uk

Katey and her team work remotely with dental practices, specialists and associates with treatment coordination and practice management. The patient journey is always a conversation that is had.

The pathway from the moment the patient contacts the practice right the way through to the end of their dental journey is a very important one, and can alternatively leave patients feeling well taken care of, or with worsened anxiety about dental treatment.
