First impressions are extremely important. And, whilst some of the following tips may seem rather basic, they have proved invaluable in my time as a practising clinician. Let’s be honest, it is far easier to deal with a patient if you can quickly establish rapport.
When treating patients, it is important to project complete confidence. Your demeanour directly influences the patient – a positive attitude relaxes them and gives them confidence in you.
The aim of this article is to increase the quality of the services you provide, improve the process for the dentist and dental nurse in order to make it more enjoyable and efficient, as well as increase the sale of return regarding private patient take-up.
