We are often so focused on delivering good patient care that we do so at the expense of our own.

When working as a dental professional, we can often get so caught up in the treatment we’re providing and trying to remember the basics that we neglect building the confidence to position ourselves around the patient and can let the patient dictate our position. Coupled with the fact that we are working in such a small, limited space, we can find ourselves in unnatural and uncomfortable positions which can affect our back health, posture and even cause strain in our necks over the long-term.
