We founded The Smile Agency Ltd in 2018 and have hit the ground running since we ‘opened for business’ last June. Currently, we provide locum dental nurse cover to practices across five counties and to some practices on Harley Street in London.
Background
Heidi and I met in early 2015 at our first dental nursing job together. I was a trainee at the time and Heidi had been qualified for a little over a year. We instantly hit it off and have made a great team ever since.
During the summer of the following year, I moved to another practice yet we always stayed in touch often discussing our work and how we both enjoyed the routine of our jobs and especially loved getting to know our patients who we often saw on a regular basis.
