Gemma Forsythe and Natasha Edwards review Diamond Dental Staff’s new treatment coordinator course

Diamond Dental Staff has been running workshops, webinars and in-house training events for some time now, and recently announced the development of an eight-week treatment coordinating course. With that, it welcomed a new team member too – Claire Frisby, who has 25 years of experience as a dental nurse and has joined as its course developer and mentor.

According to Diamond Dental Staff’s Emma Anastasi (above), the role of a treatment coordinator adds precious value to a dental nursing career, to a practice and to its patients. She says: ‘A dental nursing qualification is a great stepping-stone towards many other pathways. Having this qualification opens many more doors of opportunity. It is no secret that we are always encouraging our clients to “train and retain” their team members and equally empower our community members to progress in their personal and professional development.
