Prioritising psychological safety

3 mins read Dental nursing extra
Claire Wassall highlights the importance of psychological safety within the dental team dynamic.

Why are teams and group dynamics at times complex?

At times achieving a common goal together in a dental practice can seem such a struggle, both mentally and physically.
