New dental nursing qualifications launched

For the past 170 years, the NCFE has been at the forefront of technical and vocational education. It designs, develops and certifies diverse, nationally recognised qualifications and awards, which have contributed to the success of millions of learners at all levels, bringing them closer to fulfilling their personal goals. NCFE and CACHE have supported learners throughout the pandemic, working with the GDC to make adaptations to their qualifications without compromising on rigour or quality, so that all of their learners were still able to achieve.

The new GDC-approved dental nurse offering consists of two high quality routes to qualifying exceptional dental nurses. The qualifications encompass the underpinning ethics, professionalism, teamwork and communication required to work as a dental nurse. They are also fully inclusive and support is available for all types of learners in different settings.
