For them, success lies in the basic principle of great patient care for everyone and its delivery goes beyond the boundaries of the practice. With a list of outreach work and projects to impress, it even has its own registered charity.

Rachel Dilley is the chief operating officer of Town Hall Group and chief executive officer of Town Hall Foundation. Formerly a dental nurse, she founded the Town Hall Foundation, an overarching charity that aims to provide care and emergency dental treatment for the community’s most vulnerable.
